Hottest New Streetwear of the Week: July 6th-11th

It's Thursday, and you know what that means: it's time for our weekly streetwear summary! What we've got for you this week is a fair selection of the hottest new streetwear for July 6th to 11th, and the pick covers just about everything you could wish for! The focus is - of course - on summer items, because overheating is just no fun at all.

For a taste of what you're in for: expect refreshingly busy designs from Supreme, two awesome collections from A-list streetgear companies, and a wealth of hoodies - some of which draw inspiration from classic anime releases! A bit eclectic, to be sure, but that's just the way we like it! Let's get to it, then.

SS20 Supreme Collection Week 19

If there's one company you can always rely on to deploy awesome streetwear, it's Supreme. Their Week 19 of Summer brings us a team-up with Vans for sneaker enthusiasts, snazzy camo-looking shirts that'll keep you cool even in the middle of Sahara (probably don't go giving that a try), and even a shortlist of classy embroidered shirts, much like the one shown above. Not the Supreme some of us are used to, but definitely one that we're very excited about.

Summer 2020 Palace Drop Hesh-mit-Fresh

No weekly drop list is complete without Palace. At least, they've not skipped a beat yet! Far as this list of the hottest new streetwear is concerned, Palace has released a collection of viper-themed graphics gracing neat and simple, if remarkably starkly-colored T-shirts. The whole thing has got a bit of a rogue retro streak to it, and we like it!

BAIT x Bleach Capsule drop

We promised a lineup of anime-themed streetwear, did we not? BAIT has partnered up with the phenomenally popular Bleach IP to produce a number of designs that not fan of this anime will be indifferent to. You're looking at T-shirts and hoodies sporting all the central protagonists and antagonists of the shōnen, so no matter who you like most, you'll have a choice of drip to go after. Nice!

Selfridges AVGE Rave Collection

Rave lords and lordettes rejoice, because AWGE teamed up with Selfridges to equip you with some thematically-appropriate streetwear that you may or may not wear in public, depending on the specific image you're trying to build. At the cutting edge of fashionwear, this small collection will undoubtedly drive a point home. Wait, could there be raves in Animal Crossing? We think yes.

Midnight Studios Collection: Number 3

Number 3 and Midnight Studios have finally teamed up for a special collab resulting in a wide, wide range of hoodies, tees, and caps to choose from. Expect heaps of Aphex Twin Merch  colors: white, black, orange, and green! If your wardrobe needs a dash of those, we're positive you'll find something you'd fancy wearing in this collection.

PLEASURES: Summer 2020

To conclude our weekly roundup on an ecologically relevant note, we present the PLEASURES Summer 2020 Collection! It goes without saying that 2020's been a bit of a bust so far, which this company has decided to comment on: "There are no PLEASURES on a dead planet." This line of clothing is nothing if not inspiring, but if you're wondering whether sacrificing style is worth it for the message your clothing may spread, fear not. PLEASURES offers the best of both worlds!
